Golden Anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. John (Donna Bourne) Rhoden of Lake Charles celebrated 50 years of marriage with a dinner and vow renewal performed by the reverend Drew Mills and attended by family and friends, May 13, 2023, at the Sale Street Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Hosts were their children and spouses, Allison (Jeremy) Dering of Lake Charles and Jonathan Rhoden of Nederland, Texas. John and Donna were married May 26, 1973 in Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church by Father Eugene Staub, and have two grandchildren, Nina and Margaret Dering.
