Golden Anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Wayne (Sharon Leger) Hearn of Lake Charles will celebrate 50 years of marriage with a family dinner at Pat's of Henderson on Friday, Aug. 19, 2022. Their children and spouses are Christy Hearn of Lake Charles and Brent (B.J.) Hearn of Austin, Texas. The couple wed on Aug. 19, 1972, at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Church. Msgr. Irvin DeBlanc was the presiding priest. Wayne was a chief operator at Cit-Con for 35 years, and Sharon taught at Our Lady Queen of Heaven School for 43 years. Wayne and Sharon have two grandchildren; Terence West and the late Mason Hearn.
